Kristin is a licensed and certified pediatric speech-language pathologist. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Communication Disorders & Science and Health & Human Services/Early Childhood as well as a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Kristin has over twenty years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology. She has worked with toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school children in a variety of settings including early intervention and head start programs, public schools, and private practices in both Georgia and California. From 2001 to 2005, Kristin was the clinical coordinator of speech and language services for Center For Developing Kids. From 2006 to 2015 Kristin was the Director of The Pasadena Scottish Rite Language Center, where she worked with preschool children from in and around the Pasadena area. In 2007 Kristin joined the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center to evaluate children for eligibility into the Early Start Program and in 2014 began providing in-home therapy services. From 2015 to 2020 Kristin served as the Director of RiteCare Operations for the California Scottish Rite Foundation. In 2014, Kristin started her private practice in Pasadena.
Kristin is certified in Fast Forward, trained in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, and has completed introductory training of the PROMPT Technique. Kristin is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
